You will be responsible for nationwide recruitment, candidate management and selection. You will be required to act as a trusted advisor providing professional advice, support and guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment process from attraction and assessment, through to interview and job offers.
As a Recruiter, you are the primary contact for Hiring Managers within your designated area and will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for all hiring. You will be responsible for developing successful day-to-day working relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring optimum levels of customer service and best practice at all times.
Strong relationship building and candidate engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to work a large volume and variety of roles at different levels of seniority. As a team, we pride ourselves on our level of candidate engagement and the ability to pro-actively source.
Essential Skills & Experience:
??? A strong track record in recruiting, in either agency, RPO or in-house capacity
??? Knowledge and experience of recruiting the best talent in the marketplace using the most up-to-date methods
??? Experience of working in a target driven environment
??? Effective stakeholder management, building positive relationships, engaging and collaborating effectively with others
??? Proactive problem-solving skills
??? Demonstrable ability to follow process and compliance guidelines
??? Process-driven, ensuring the successful management of tasks and requirements
??? A confident and resilient approach when dealing with conflicting demands
??? Strong administration and organisational skills
??? Evidenced ability to effectively manage own time and prioritise tasks to tight deadlines, changing objectives and SLAs
??? Confident, assertive and fair with strong communication skills
??? Influencing & negotiation skills
??? PC literate with MS Office expertise, in particular with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Additionally database search & management.
??? Experience in the use of an ATS/CRM platform would be highly desirable
