A fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent post with Capita as a Level 2 Payroll Advisor. Reporting to the Payroll Team Manager, you will work ensuring accurate delivery of high-quality information, administration, processing and reporting of payroll services.
What will you be doing?
?? Responsibility for managing the end-to-end (start to finish) payroll process for your own clients, ensuring that all payrolls are accurate and completed on time.?? Reviewing payrolls to schedule for errors & working with the payroll advisor to resolve before they are sent to the client.?? Being the point of escalation for payroll queries from the payroll advisors?? Ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of payroll reports, management reviews, and other analytical reports?? Working with the controls team to ensure client reporting, payroll delivery, pension administration including auto-enrolment, RTI submissions, HMRC payment reconciliations, etc are all completed accurately and on time within the team.?? Ensure case work, reporting and schedules are met in support of KPIs and SLA performance of in line with contractual standards?? Manage workflow using the relevant CRM tool and ensuring customer service standards are adhered to?? Carry out key activities in the absence of the Payroll Manager and Payroll Operations Team Manager
What are we looking for?
- Experience of working as a Payroll Advisor, Senior Payroll Advisor or Senior Payroll Administrator
- Ability to perform PAYE manual calculations
- Good statutory HMRC knowledge
- Previous Pensions administration experience ??? Desirable
