Oracle EPM Functional Consultant - Contract Inside IR35- Home based - to £550 Per Day - BPSS Clearance

Client is embarking a significant transformation of its business, building on its traditional business process services foundations to a create a digitally enabled, innovation driven organisation.
To support this client is seeking Functional Consultant with proven hands on experience in Oracle Fusion EPM . The successful candidates will be joining one of a number of dedicated Solution teams, each team brings together business SME’s, IT developers and external expertise to work on a major client ERP upgrade from Oracle R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible and understands and follow an end-to-end Oracle EPM project implementation life-cycle. Provide functional consulting and Training. Responsible for functional document deliverable. Should be able to analyse business and suggest best practice / solution to SBS business leads. Should be able to make presentations to stakeholders. Analyse business requirements, define solution parameters and specifications Support functional workstream sprint sessions with the client to agree the solution design Manage the fact-finding, analysis and understanding of the business use case Identify gaps and propose best practice solutions to solve them Assess business impact of possible solution for client pain points/gaps Work with project team to agree on the best solution design Present to the client the proposed process and get client confirmation Support functional testing and user validations

Desirable Skills

Experienced in closely working with Finance Team of existing Organization and have hands-on experience in: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS) Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Overview (FCCS) Enterprise Data Management Cloud Overview (EDMCS) Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (OARCS)

• Functional knowledge of major business processes and associated functionality in the EPM area Must have excellent knowledge in accounting / auditing concepts. Should have excellent hands-on experience using MS tools like Excel, Word and Power Point. Must have excellent Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills. Commercial sector knowledge
