We currently have an exciting role for a Payroll Administrator to join our busy and friendly Belfast based team. Administering payroll for our clients and providing a world class customer service experience this role is at the heart of what we do.

The right person for this role will be organised, customer focused and have the ability to work well in a team.

What you???ll be doing:

inputting payroll data into systemonboarding new startersmaintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.answering client queries by telephone and emailtyping and distributing memos, meeting minutes and presentations for staff

What we???re looking for:

Ideally a proven track record in administration or customer service in a fast paced environment or potentially a recent graduate looking for an opportunity to develop and progressExcellent organisational skillsExcel skills are essentialAttention to detailGreat communication skills both written and verbal
