Digital Project Manager - Inside IR35
Contract Term: 12 Months
Contracting Authority: NCA    
Location: Hybrid/Remote – London, Bristol, Leicester, Birmingham, Warrington or Cumbria


As a Digital Project Manager your main responsibilities would be: 

•    Support and lead a variety of projects/ workstreams through managing and developing project resources, delivery plans, risks, issues and dependencies, and programme/ internal governance.
•    Develop, present and make your case for decision options to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
•    Manage the team in your allocated project, which may be made up of a mixture of Agency officers, Contingent Labour and Strategic Partner resources.
•    Develop key project artefacts including PIDs, highlight reports, project plans, risk registers, presentations and project outputs.
•    Ensure effective change management processes are in place to agree and document changes to deliverables as agreed with the project teams and project stakeholders. 
•    Establish and maintain project controls, keeping the project team aware of the project status.
•    Prepare and present project performance update reports, identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
•    Proactively engage with governance processes to ensure project delivery is compliant and delivered on time.
•    Identify, monitor and deliver project benefits, through benefits mapping and measuring, including identifying new or existing methods of identifying and capturing data.
•    Report progress against benefits realisation to the sub-programme board and to external teams and benefits governance processes within the Agency and the Digital Transformation Programme.
•    Lead in stakeholder management and engagement, develop and manage professional relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
•    Utilise stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements and to deliver project outcomes that are realistic within the context of project scope, the current and future technical capabilities of the Agency and within legislative, procedural and NCA policy frameworks.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

•    SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
•    Demonstrable experience in delivering projects.
•    Experience in Application transformations/Software Changes.
•    Risk Management and budgeting.
•    Experience of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through building and maintaining effective relationships. 
•    Good understanding of project or programme management methodologies, tools and techniques, which include planning, risk and issue management, project or NCA governance, exploiting data, knowledge management or assurance.      
•    Excellent planning and organisational skills.
•    Experience of developing, implementing and managing the delivery of new initiatives or projects including managing resource requirements and/or business management.

•    Active SC Clearance
