Customer Support Engineer

3 month contract

??200 per day via umbrella

The position is based in a school and the employee should consider themselves one of the school team as well as a Capita employee. The role is to work with Capita and the school to deliver ICT Service Excellence to the staff and pupils of the school.

What will you be doing?

??       providing day to day support of the school???s ICT systems

??       To deliver excellent technical support and first-class customer service support with a high degree of customer satisfaction and timeliness

??       Providing technical support, 1st and 2nd line customer facing and remote support

??       Support the Senior On-site Support Engineer

??       Ensure the delivery and maintenance of the standard desktop image, providing a timely reimaging process in conjunction with SLA???s and KPI???s

??       Adoption of core ITIL disciplines: Incident, Problem and Change Management and be able to demonstrate their effectiveness through Key Performance Indicators

What are we looking for?

??       Must have enhanced DBS with children barred list information

??       Previous experience of Microsoft desktop operating systems

??       Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems

??       Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

??       Basic understanding of network technologies (wired and wireless)

What???s in it for you?
