Role Summary

The Production Worker, under direct supervision performs routine tasks and operates within the transformation & day to day running of the company production. Ensures the maintenance of a safe work environment with an ultimate goal of zero accidents.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate as a team to ensure the smooth running of the transformation and production line
• Able to work from diagrams and instructions to complete agreed tasks
• Production, in accordance with specifications
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with all instruction and guidelines
• Wear any PPE supplied as instructed
• Following team leader instructions
• Generally monitor the work and work practices being undertaken and completed with testing and checking to identify problems
• Fix minor issues that may arise with the production line

Skills, Knowledge & Responsibilities

Years Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience
Skills :

• Production experience isn't necessary, but a good work ethic
• Ability to read various instructions
• Abe to problem-solve using existing procedures to perform straightforward tasks
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
