Key Responsibilities

??      Journal Posting

??      Sales ledger uploads to group ERP system

??      Bank reconciliations

??      Credit card payments/statement review and allocation to PO???s

??      Overheads Supplier invoices ??? Ensuring they are analysed and paid on time.

??      System reversing journals: both US/UK

??      Missing Timesheet reporting

??      33 US - Prepayment & Depreciation postings

??      Customer rebate calculations and posting

??      Foreign currency supplier invoice processing

??      Reviewing external and internal queries within the Finance mailbox

??      Raising overhead PO???s

??      ADHOC tasks as requested by the finance team.

Essential Experience/Skills

??      1 to 2 years of accounts experience

??      Studying towards an Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACCA/CIMA/AAT)

??      Knowledge of and practical experience with ERP systems - desirable

??      Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. MS Excel).

??      Team player with genuine enthusiasm to make a contribution to the company

??      Strong customer service and quality focus

??      Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met

??      High level of attention to detail and accuracy

??      Confident and able to quickly establish solid working relationship with wide variety of stakeholders
