Solution Architect - IT

An Interim Solution Architect - AWS  is required for approx. 6 months.
This is a hybrid role with one to 3 days per week in the office in London.

Key Skills: Solution Architecture / Cloud services / Integration methods/Salesforce

Security Clearance: SC Clearance and Sole UK Nationality is required for this role.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provides technical leadership and architectural design.
• Responsible for the design and build of technical architecture.
• Undertake structured analysis of technical issues, translating this analysis into technical designs that describe a solution;
• be consulted about design and provide design patterns;
• identify deeper issues that need fixing; look for opportunities to collaborate and reuse components,
• communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• To Speak on behalf of technical teams and facilitate relationships with indirect stakeholders.
• To Take responsibility for the assurance of parts of a service.
• Make decisions characterised by managed levels of risk and complexity.
• Resolve technical disputes between peers and indirect stakeholders.
• Apply strategy, using patterns, standards, policies, roadmaps and vision statements.
• Design systems characterised by managed levels of risk, manageable business, and technical complexity.
• Understand trends and practices outside your team and how these will impact your work.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent professional/technical qualifications
• At least 5+ years’ experience in a senior solution architecture role
• Successful management and delivery of technical solutions across a complex, multi-partner environment
• Excellent decision making and critical thinking skills.
• Solution Architecture / Cloud services / Integration method
• Stakeholder management and collaborative working with partners/suppliers.
• Broad Knowledge across architecture domains including agile methods and cloud services.
• Possess subject matter expertise within a particular domain (cloud, Integration etc.)
