Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), deliver a critical facilities management (FM) solution, with the aim of providing an exceptional service that continues to improve patient outcomes and reduces costs for our NHS partners.
Here at Serco, we're looking for a Project Manager to join the FM Team, delivering a range of projects from multi-million-pound schemes to small and minor works for the Hospital Trust & Serco. You will be expected to Lead Lifecycle Works and deliverables for the FM Contract including reviewing of Lifecycle plans; provision of FM Co Asset Registers complete with life expectancies; estimating costs of Lifecycle Works, identification & challenge to Lifecycle plans and preparation of the Annual Programme.
As the Project Manager, you will take full project ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation through to hand-over and full recovery of costs, providing input into the project with regards to local knowledge, restrictions, and requirements.
What you'll need to do the role
You must have strong Project Management skills and working knowledge of Building Services projects with contractors and knowledge of HBN / HTM requirements.
