Key Responsibilities:
*To lead all aspects of analysis that identify programmes/ major change initiatives in support of the FND culture principles and creating a great place to work.
*To deliver key projects/programmes directly linked to culture change.
*To support the Head of Culture Change in embedding the FND culture principles within FND.
*To motivate, enthuse and persuade people to use the FND culture principles in day-to-day decision making.
*To demonstrate the value of creating a brilliant corporate culture by helping people to understand what it is and how it will help them to achieve their goals.
*To create compelling communications which establish cohesive, credible, and compelling storytelling about the culture change journey, end states, and roadmap for all audiences. Track against this story with regular comms, engagements, and reporting based on an annual strategic plan.
*To communicate the culture change methodology in a compelling, inspiring, and interesting way using real case study examples.
*To lead external / internal benchmarking activities in support of improvement initiatives.
*To identify Stakeholder requirements and create a package of best practices and tools/channels/forums for stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
*To work with the internal comms team to update and maintain the internal culture intranet site, creating and procuring useful content to draw people to the site as a "one-stop-shop" for information.
*To develop and maintain an excellent relationship with key internal/ external customers and suppliers as appropriate for ongoing improvement initiatives/activities.
*To lead and manage a Project Team and/ or Consultants.

Business Impact: Culture change evolves over the medium-long term, but business impact can be seen in the short term through trialling new ways of working to create business benefit, and leading learning sessions to evolve current leadership styles and practices.

Authority/Decision Making: Accountable for the delivery of major change/strategic initiatives within the culture change programme. Authority to recommend major change/strategic initiatives which support FND's culture principles.

Qualifications:
*Extensive experience gained at a senior level in a commercial environment with a proven track record.
*Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
*Experienced in the appropriate discipline of: Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management, Stakeholder/Relationship Management, Team Building/Inspirational Leadership, Corporate Communications.

Examples:
*Project Management - APM practitioner, Prince 2 or equivalent level of understanding and application.

*Programme Management - APM consultant, MSP or equivalent level of understanding and application.

*Change Management - Proven change management experience and knowledge of models.
