Pega Developer with PCSA, PCSSA or PCLSA Certification required by a fast growing, thriving technology company delivering innovative and cutting-edge secure-by-design on-prem and cloud tech solutions into the Defence & Security Sector.  As a Senior Pega Developer you will work on influential projects which are already underway and in a production environment, as well as an exciting pipeline of POC / experimental work.  We are looking for 2 x PCSSA Pega Senior System Architects and 1 x PCLSA Pega Lead System Architect.

Required Skills
As a Senior Pega Developer you will have a varied and interesting range of projects which will give you exposure to tech including but not limited to; Azure, Kubernetes/K8S, Apache Kafka, AI and Machine Learning in innovative cutting-edge technology environments.  We are looking for high quality System Architects with the following skills and experience:

• Pega Certified System Architect / Pega Certified Senior System Architect / Pega Certified Lead System Architect – v7 or v8 preferred (PCSA, PCSSA, PCLSA)
• Hands-on project experience using Pega Customer Service Framework (with or without an industry focus) – v8 preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of customer empathy
• Hands-on experience using Pega’s OOTB debugging/analysis tools such as Tracer, Clipboard and PAL
• Background in: Object-Oriented Programming, such as Java, Ruby or Python; or Process Architecture; or other STEM areas
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their relationship to the Pega Platform – including how to insert and query records in a performant manner
• This position will require the candidate to undergo SC Level Security Clearance

Desirable Skills

• Experience within the Defence and Security sectors
• Experience of taking systems into Production
• Familiarity with typical enterprise integration patterns
• Any experience of the following would be nice – K8S, Azure DevOps, Apache Kafka, AI, ML.
