Job Summary

Core Responsibilities
- Send statements to Customers
- Reconcile cash receipts with remittances
- Overdue debt analysis for accountants
- Review / clear aged RMA's.
- DLA Reporting
- Review and amend Customer Credit Limits
- Raising Purchase Request Notes
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Assisting the FP&A Accountants with ad-hoc tasks.
- End of month Reporting
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Processing of Fixed Assets (Additions & Disposals
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Experience
- Excel*** very good
- Finance background desirable
- Fast learner / keen to learn
- Takes initiative
- SAP knowledge desirable but not essential
