Having successfully proposed changes, you will work with delivery and customer teams to transition the changes into production. You will ensure our SWS projects are coherent with programme objectives and champion SWS culture for the business.

You will also lead a small, yet highly versatile team of experts responsible for continuously improving the technical support MASS delivers for the MOD’s projects.

The invaluable experience you’ll bring, to help us achieve more

We’re expecting that you’ve done this role before, so you’ll know how to do it whilst spinning multiple plates:

It is likely that you will have significant experience (i.e. more than 10 years) of working with MoD and DoD senior engineering, management and procurement teams, and will already have a network in this workspace. Your attitude, approach to work and credibility is more important than formal qualifications, but it is important that you have a solid SWS engineering knowledge and can demonstrate strong business and leadership acumen.
