 WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a permanent Software Team Lead for a prestigious client to work on a portfolio of projects; due to the nature of the client you must be able to gain SC-clearance.

WHAT WILL THE SOFTWARE TEAM LEAD BE DOING?

We are looking for someone to join the team and hit the ground running, with that in mind we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of leading teams to deliver multiple projects and eligibility for UK security clearance (SC level). We are looking for someone who is familiar with an Agile/Scrum environment, DevOps, software testing, and working with open source software. This client offers a great base salary and career progression opportunities.

THE SOFTWARE TEAM LEAD SHOULD HAVE….

• Eligibility for SC Clearance
• Experience with open source programming languages such as Java, Python, C# etc.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks
• Experience of working in a DevOps environment
• A proven track record of developing and leading teams to deliver multiple projects
• Experience mentoring and managing Junior Engineers
• The ability to learn new languages, platforms, technologies, techniques and approaches when needed
