Caledonian Sleeper is a gateway to a world of possibilities with our overnight rail service bringing a touch of the extraordinary to travel between London and Scotland.

Here at Serco, we are looking for 3 Lounge Hosts who have a natural flair and passion for customer service - ensuring that our valued guests have an exceptional journey with us. This is a role where your days may vary but your approach to delivering outstanding service will always remain paramount and welcoming our guests with a smile and friendly nature will never falter! You could be expected to co-ordinate disruption at a station and liaise with our Controls and guests and daily you will ensure lounges and shower area are kept tidy, clean and presentable. You will go the extra mile where needed, making our guests hot drinks or supporting admin duties where required.

What you'll need to do the role

Firstly, we ask that you are willing to put our guests at the heart of everything you do!
Customer focused experience, ideally face to face front line.
Excellent attendance, time keeping, reliability and the ability to work anti-social hours - *shift patterns are a key part of this role.

*Shift pattern will be either be an early 05:30 - 09:30 or late 20:00 to 23:59
