The Role of a SEO PSO

Key Outcome & Deliverables

    Managing project controls, supporting team leads in ensuring all necessary reports are in place, accurately completed and submitted within the required timeframes. Providing secretariat function to governance boards including agreeing agendas, commissioning, and distributing papers and taking minutes. Supporting team members by producing high-quality written products, such as PowerPoint presentations and workshop materials. Supporting on maintenance and communication of the Project Lifecycle and embedding best practice using the Project Delivery Framework as the standard to follow. Supporting on the identification and recording of risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop mitigating actions for risks / issues and escalate as appropriate. Supporting on the tracking of commercial contracts and change request notes. Opportunity to own the oversight and delivery of small projects.
 

Essential Criteria:

    Have a sound understanding of project management tools and methodologies, and experience of applying them in practice. Have excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of being able to communicate with stakeholders both in person and writing. Have an ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to tight deadlines in a high profile, fast moving and rapidly changing area of delivery. Have an ability to work on several different activities and to work flexibly across these, offering support, as the need arises Be able to grasp complex information with attention to detail. Risk Management Organisational Skills
 

Desirable Qualifications:

    Have practical experience of managing project risks, issues and dependencies and writing high quality reports. Have a collaborative approach.
