Salary: Up to £47,000 dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated and customer focused Security Awareness and Intelligence Manager. You will be a pivotal member of the UK Security Services team within a leading trans-national defence company.

As an experienced security professional you will use your skills to develop and deliver focused security related material to promote the security culture of all employees and the enhance the safety of business travellers through intelligence gathering and briefing.

You will be part of a multi-skilled and professional security team with responsibility for diverse areas of critical security activities. These will include the development and dissemination of threat intelligence, supporting business travellers domestically and internationally, identifying areas of business vulnerabilities and developing and delivering mitigation activities through innovative, varied and proactive security education programmes.

• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Ability to hold a DV clearance

In the longer-term, the security landscape is fluid and national/international security policies change constantly. The Security Department must respond accordingly and you will be leading a dynamic team that seeks to anticipate and manage these changes, obtaining the best possible outcome for MBDA in all cases.
