WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a business analyst for a prestigious client in London. Our teams are what leads us forward and we are therefore looking for the best talent to join us as we continue to bring the best to the table. Due to the nature of our clients, you must have SC clearance.

WHAT WILL THE BUSINESS ANALYST BE DOING?

You will be working with customer stakeholders to capture and elaborate on requirements. Other duties include but are not limited to: facilitating workshops, ensure the benefit of the business is articulated in order to prioritise work, act as a product owner where necessary, relationship management.

WE NEED THE CONTENT DESIGNER TO HAVE….

• Evidence of understanding client’s business needs and providing effective solutions
• Experience working in a technical role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creation and iteration of content experience within Services, notifications, emails, and error messages
• Experience prototyping new designs and testing with users
• Experience validating with the Buyer’s Policy team and/or Subject Matter Experts to ensure new content meets their requirements
• Align content across the user journey and communicate changes to the wider Delivery teams
