This is an exceptional opportunity to work for one of the largest and most well-known IT brands in the world as an IT Team Leader on a highly secure site near Reading, as such you need to have an active DV clearance to be considered.

Job Summary:
As the Service Delivery Manager - DV you will be responsible for managing 4 other IT Team leads. The Team Leaders reporting to you are managing the decommissioning, warehouse, desktop support and software build teams.
You will manage service delivery, performance and task management in order for the teams to achieve their goals.

Other duties include:

• Conduct meetings
• On boarding people
• Ensure site training is complete
• Own and resolve escalations

Service Delivery Manager - DV Essential Skills:

• Strong customer facing skills
• Active DV Clearance
• Previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager
• Good understanding of Desktop/Laptops builds
• Strong MS Office experience
• People management skills
