Western Mortgage Services (WMS) is part of Legal, Financial & Regulatory Services, Capita Private Sector Partnerships.  Its primary client is a financial services provider and provides mortgage outsourcing services including loan origination, account servicing, collections, and recoveries.  Its main offices are situated in Leek, Staffordshire and Plymouth, Devon.

Mortgage Outsourcing is a key growth area for Capita and WMS is playing a significant role in supporting sales activity and delivering services to new clients.

The Role of a Lead Business Analysis Manager

Capita’s Public Service Programme Delivery teams implement improvements and change within our complex programmes. As part of our team you will have the opportunity to work on challenging assignments across Central Government, Defence, Health & Wellbeing, Local Government and Education. You may be asked to: help the Royal Navy improve the training received by sailors; support TfL control emissions; improve how the NHS manages digital records; ensure citizens can access high quality local services. You will work in blended teams with Business Analysts, Project and Programme Managers, PMO specialists, Business Change Managers and Solution / Enterprise Architects.

should have experience challenging existing customer journeys and constructing a digitally enabled service offer that successfully drives enhanced customer experience and significantly reduced operating cost. You will be setting up and facilitating workshops to gather information, document requirements and/or user stories, investigating the as-is and to-be business processes. Some of the roles will work in agile environments and for these you should be able to define sprint goals working with the product owner.

The right candidate will have proven experience working on business process redesign using Prince2 principles. Collaboratively working with PMOs, PMs, Developers and Architects to deliver to the highest quality and managing people.



What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

    Relevant experience in a similar position ideally in a Consultancy environment Great communication skills (verbal and written) Experience delivering small to medium sized projects in a regulated environment Process diagnostic and redesign experience Prince2 qualified or working towards it Degree educated
