Senior Technical Delivery Manager Inside IR35

Contract Term:6 months

Location: Remote

As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager your main responsibilities would be to: 

• Identify, assess & record privacy mitigations and offer recommendations for alternative or additional solutions to address the identified privacy risks.
• Create and maintain an overall data delivery plan that highlights confidence levels, whilst taking into account multiple individual product delivery plans.
• Compile a report for each limited scale DPIA. Take a lead in keeping people informed about the development of the product(s) and promoting its uptake and usage within the department/by the general public.
• Conduct compliance check against the Data Protection Act 2018. Ensuring the overall quality of the product is in line with standards.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Large data systems and data protection issues.
• Implementation of mitigations against privacy risks
• Stakeholder landscapes in relation to NLEDP and use of data police and by non-police organisations
• Experience of existing and to be created Codes for Policing and Law Enforcement through the College of Policing
• Security Clearance is a must. ( If you aren’t SC but are eligible then this is also fine)
