Location: Remote & Ad Hoc travel to Lichfield for meetings & events.

As Stakeholder & Communication Specialist your main responsibilities will include: 

• Driving the positive image of DMS Transformation by developing & delivering proactive communications plans.
• Developing & managing a stakeholder analysis & engagement plan for the Transformation portfolio – providing advice on the most effective communication channels for stakeholder groups.
• Working collaboratively with the Communications teams to integrate planning across all programmes into existing communications mechanisms
• Supporting teams to critically evaluate existing strategies & plans – advising & coaching these for optimisation.
• Creating & delivering compelling & engaging communications & engagement materials to support a consistent message related to Transformation.
• Collating, developing & sharing good practice on stakeholder engagement & relationships management.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Strong experience, knowledge & ability to deliver stakeholder engagement & communication for large scale & complex programmes and projects.
• Expert interpersonal, influencing & stakeholder management skills – to senior levels. Communication planning & delivery experience.
• Credibility & experience – ability to take initiative.
• P3M or APM qualification – Desirable.
• SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
