Role Summary:
The Commercial Specialist is a newly created role at our Loughborough site, tasked with improving and supporting all commercial processes for our Polymers and Composite Product Group. This will include coordinating contract activities, identifying process improvements and process compliance issues. This position represents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress in a commercially orientated role with plenty of options for further development.

Job Core Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial tools and processes that will ensure ease of access to - and integrity of - business critical commercial data.
- Proactively look to identify areas for process improvement
- Perform a variety of support functions and administrate services to support the commercial function.
- Contribute to the delivery of Product Group commercial training activity
- Implement and manage a robust post-contract signature process, ensuring capture of and compliance with contractual obligations
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Ideally degree-qualified
- Background in a Commercial, Legal or Project Management role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel and (ideally) manufacturing operating systems e.g. SAP
- Background in a high-complexity industry
- Ability to work independently and prioritise duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
