An Interim Digital Associate Delivery Manager -Remote Working is required on a contract basis for up to 6 months. This is a Hybrid role with a mix of homeworking and the office in Bristol. Travel to the office in Corsham may also be required (once a week on average).
As a Digital Associate Delivery Manager, you will work on a small or mature agile team. At this level, you will work alongside the Delivery Manager on a larger team, shadowing and providing support, or working to deliver an elements of the project under their guidance.
Security Clearance: DV CLEARANCE required.

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of Accelerated Operational Support (AOS) requirements and delivery of Request for Change (RFC) activities;
- Support the Delivery Manager to deliver the Technical Refresh;
- Stakeholder Management;
- Support and represent the Delivery Manager (as appropriate);
- Work with Stakeholders and External Contractors to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s) (including travelling to sites when necessary);
- Preparation and management of Change Requests (CR);
- Review Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator models;
- Management of the enterprise-level Risks and Issues associated with Services Delivery;
- Managing the preparation and delivery of technical briefs, status reports, chairing meetings and taking notes;
- Responsible for the Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) Management and;
- Ensure that project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored;
- Responsible for producing and maintaining Management Information (MI), such as the schedule and financial information, for area of responsibility.
