DV Cleared – Java Developer - Contract

Some of the most technically advanced companies in the world are those that protect the UK on a daily basis from cyber threats. Each engineer working within these businesses have a significant impact across highly-classified programs.

There are currently a number of requirements for Java Developers/Engineers from mid-level through to Lead level.

Role: Java Developers
Duration: 6-12 months plus extensions
Clearance: DV Cleared (Highest level/Community Cleared).
Location: Manchester
Rate: £400 - £700 DOE
Skills: Current DV Clearance/ Software development background utilising Java

Essential Requirements

• Java/J2EE Development at either Mid, Senior or Lead level
• Knowledge of one or more technology stacks, e.g. Spring (e.g. Core, MVC, Integration, Data, Boot/Cloud), JavaScript frameworks (e.g. ReactJS, NodeJS), Integration Technologies (Spring Integration, Apache Camel, REST, Messaging)Exposure to high concurrent systems (multi-threaded and or distributed)
• Hands-on skills in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications
