Project Manager

Seeking high level security cleared Project Managers within the National Security Sector. If you have the ability to plan and manage several concurrent projects within an Agile environment, then we want to hear from you.

Having a detailed understanding of the full project life cycle from start up to delivery whilst showing effective financial and stakeholder management, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues effectively and managing the transition into service.

Skills

The successful candidate will display the following skills/experience:

• Expert level knowledge of agile/lean software development methods (e.g., Kanban, XP, Scrum)
• Demonstrable relevant agile project management tools
• First class stakeholder management; managing internal virtual teams, external suppliers, and senior management relationships
• Demonstrable use of advanced planning techniques, including plan design, dependency identification, estimation, and scheduling.

Portfolio: Agile Software; Intelligence; Cyber Security; Data and communications.

Examples of qualifications needed: Prince2, PMQ/APMP etc.
