About The Role
This role will report into the Workforce Strategy Lead within Technology supporting workforce planning and human resource management tasks such as the below;
- Resource and headcount planning, working with Workforce Strategy Lead and Resource Analyst to forecast demand
- Demand capture including portfolio demand, working with Capacity Planning team
- Supporting development initiatives for Technology such as Launchpad talent programmes, career pathways, development and promotion of learning pathways such as Apprenticeships and Linked-in Learning
- Administrative support for annual processes such as performance and salary reviews
- Supporting Diversity & Inclusion initiatives as required
- Co-ordination of Early Career programmes i.e. sourcing assessors and interviewers, volunteers for career fairs, co-ordinating bids
- Ownership of role architecture for Technology; point of contact with Reward to confirm positions for new roles and facilitate employee transfers
- Point of contact for people processes such as job evaluations, promotions, transfers, secondments
Essential Criteria
- Resource planning experience or HR/people related experience in some of the following areas: recruitment, development, performance management, D&I, early careers. Training and support will be provided to develop skills in areas
- It is crucial they have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
