Overview
The Service Delivery Associate will undertake Service Delivery activities in support of FCAS AP Mobilisation, reporting to the Tempest Toolset and Capability Co-ordinator The role holder will be accountable for their deliverables calling on the wider IM&T resource(s) within Air as necessary
Responsibilities
-
Becomes a reliable and efficient IM&T focus point for the Future Combat Air Support Community (FCAS)
Provides a responsive service to the FCAS Community in solving any problems/issues that are brought to your attention in a timely manner
Support the Toolset and Capability Co-ordinator in the management and cost profiling of Engineering Software Licences
Will deliver any discrete tasks required of them in support of FCAS AP mobilisation
Contributes to the maturity and delivery of our Communications Plan
Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management
Assists in the development of new or improved practices and organisational processes or standards and facilitates localised improvements to the quality system or services
Support team with IT kits and workstations – on site movement of equipment when required
