Role: SWIFT Senior Configuration Analyst

Status: Inside IR35

Clearance Required: VALID SC CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED

Location: 2 days on site (Central London) 3 days Remote

Term: 6-12 months initial

Rate: Market Rate

Our client is an Award Winning Global Tech Consultancy and they have partnered with a prestigious organisation to help build a Real Time payments system

Demonstrable specialist experience of the following SWIFT Products

• SWIFT Alliance Messaging Hub
• Alliance Connect
• Alliance Gateway Alliance Web Platform
• HSM
• Transaction Delivery Agent
• Ability to engage confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders, both business and technical
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to translate requirements into a low level technical design
• Strong technical aptitude (i.e. an ability to pick up new technologies quickly)
• The ability to identify and escalate risks in the interests of protecting Live service/systems
• The ability to effectively prioritise workload
• A high level of professionalism, organisation and self-motivation
• Working knowledge of application maintenance including strong service management skills (within the ITIL framework) - investigation and resolution of defects, incidents and problems
• Ability to support scoping and delivery of production fixes and minor enhancements
• Strong working knowledge of providing and maintaining support documentation
• Adherence to agreed procedures and SLAs 
• Strong stakeholder management skills (for liaison with Bank and third-party stakeholders)
•  Experience of reviewing monitoring dashboards and output and ability to take relevant action

Desirable Criteria

• Demonstrable technical experience with the following products
• SWIFT Alliance Access o SWIFT Security Officer and O2M
• IBM MQ Client o Both Windows and Linux operating systems
• A level of software testing experience sufficient to take part in test activities including system testing and user acceptance test support
• Experience with Financial Services, Critical National Infrastructure, high resiliency, security, and mission critical system delivery
