The Role of a Project Manager
Your role is to take the lead in the management and delivery of Digital, Retail, Commercial, Technical and Operational programmes, and project management. The role holder will be expected to lead their delivery in collaboration with subject matter experts on the Programme and stakeholders across the function.
Optimise project delivery by continually looking for and evaluating improvements to the project plan and agreeing with the project board and project teams the implementation of these improvements. Like most other organisations we are currently working in a blended hybrid approach of office and home working. As the nature of the role will focus on the project management, the ability to travel and will be at the Watford HQ when required is essential. This is not a remote working role.Essential Criteria:

Project Manager with solid core skills, Planning and Delivery
Used to managing projects in a high-pressured environment
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Come from a technical FMCG background
Good Knowledge of project management approaches
Demonstrable experience of effectively managing multiple, robust stakeholder relationships, liaising between technical, business, and senior management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
