CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Negotiable Day Rate
DV Cleared position
Remote working (WFH)

Role and Duties:
*Responsible for planning and delivery of customer projects
*Ensure delivery is on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards
*Assist with and lead the production of bids for new work opportunities
*Conduct day-to-day monitoring of project progress
*Prioritize resource usage
*Financial planning and management of project cost, ensuring project is delivered to budget
*Follow project change control standards
*Prepare impact assessments and project change registers
*Effectively manage project H&S ensuring projects are delivered aligning CDM 2015 regs.

Experience and Skills Required:
*Previous experience as a construction project manager, ideally in public sector
*Clear understanding of the above tasks, with working practice and knowledge
*DV clearance active would be helpful
*PRINCE 2 Practitioner, or ISEB certified would be helpful
*Specific domain understanding and experience
*Experience in operation, maintenance and deployment using NEC3, GC works, and FIDIC
*Health and safety knowledge and experience in CDM 2015 regs and construction
