Contract Term: 6 months

Location: Hybrid – London/Remote

As a SC Cleared Target Operating Model Implementation Specialist, your main responsibilities would be: 

• Lead in the production of design artefacts to describe and mobilise new ways of working across people, process and technology, working with business and technology stakeholders
• Design for agile ways of working to modernise approaches to running and changing services
• Maintain integrity of the TOM through working with the design authority and collaborating with business and technology architecture at the Bank
• Support to business change activities to embed the TOM and new ways of working at operational level
• Working with stakeholders to understand their needs

You’ll have:

• Developed operating models to support transformation or new ways of working
• Experience of enterprise architecture, business architecture, business analysis or service design for complex programmes
• Experience in Agile operating model design and are familiar with best practice methodologies
• Experience of IT service design
• High ability to problem solve to define how organisations work
• Understanding of how technology enables organisations to be effective
• Reasonable knowledge of private cloud technology and common tooling functionality with some familiarity with ITSM.
