IT Recruitment Consultant
A number of recruitment consultants are needed to work on permanent IT recruitment. You will have prior experience working within an agency, RPO or in-house.
Responsibilities:
-Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and resource plans
-Developing and delivering innovative direct sourcing strategies
-Delivering on recruitment plans and solutions within agreed timescales
-Providing relevant market insight data to key stakeholders
-Sourcing passive candidates using social media and the latest direct sourcing tools
You will ideally have experience recruiting skillsets such as data engineering, cloud, developers, cyber and Salesforce.
This role will be based remotely and is starting in Jan/early Feb on an inside IR35 contract.
