Integration Engineer

Our client, a large government customer, are seeking an Integration Engineer to join their team. The role is based at Portsdown Technology Park with some working from home. The role requires SC clearance.

Requirements are scheduled to run for 262 days

Rate: £350 - £450/day

IR35 STATUS: Inside IR35. Our client has indicated that they intend to operate the engagement as Inside IR35. Candidates would be required to operate through an umbrella company on this engagement. The rates above represent rate payable to the umbrella co.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Understanding the requirements process, including a basic understanding of the DOORS tool and VVRM management.
• Understanding of the Integration, Verification and Validation process through to Acceptance.
• Systems engineering or integration experience.
• An Understanding of IP networking, including routing, configuration of IPs and network addressing.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• A basic understanding of the DOORS tool and VVRM management.
• An understanding of small scale LAN/WAN network configuration.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, this role will not offer Visa sponsorship. Tier 2 – General visas are cannot be accepted.
