This is your opportunity to join Babcock International as a VWG Apprentice Programme Administrator providing administrative support for Workplace Skills and Guidance who specialise in training apprenticeship to become mechanics.

Who we are looking for?
Looking for an extremely organised individual who has good experience of handling data and queries. You will have excellent verbal and written communications and telephone manner.

What will you be doing?
• Processing stationery request from the regions (ensuring appropriate approvals, ordering via the online tool, and coordinating appropriate delivery arrangements)
• Co-coordinating travel booking requests for the regions
• Co-coordinating room bookings for regional offices
• Coding all regional invoices via Omnidox, deal with any invoicing queries from the region

The experience you'll bring
• Numerate and able to work with figures
• IT literate in regard to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• Works well to support a team
• Self-motivated with ability to self-manage
• Proven experience within administration would be ideal
• You must hold or have the ability to obtain DBS security clearance
