Conversational AI Developer

Working from home with occasional travel to London or Milton Keynes

£55-65K plus extensive benefits package

Due to the secure nature of this work all applicants will be required to gain UK Security Clearance to at least SC level. You must have been resident in the UK for at least the last 5 years and cannot have been outside the UK for more than 28 days on any one occasion within this time.

To be successful in this role:

You will be a confident Conversational AI Developer with the ability to help build experiences that provide tangible, real outcomes through meaningful, contextual system led conversations. Requirements for this role include:

• Java, Javascript and HTML skills
• Familiarity with one or more conversational AI platforms
• Basic knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
• APIs and integrations and an understanding of API led microservices architecture
• Analytical capabilities to extract insights from data
• Experience with BI tooling would be beneficial but not an essential
• Comfortable in a working from home environment

Job role and responsibilities:

As a Conversational AI Developer you will be working from home on highly innovative customer experience projects, and be responsible for designing, building and managing conversational flows on some of the market-leading conversational AI platforms. You will also be integrating them with different communication channels (Google Assistant, Alexa, IVR, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Twitter etc) and third party systems.

With a passion to create, maintain and improve the conversational experience and build integrations to help it do more than just answer questions, the role of Conversational AI Developer will place you in a rapidly growing area of technology, driving innovative change. You will also be an important point of contact, actively involved with multiple stakeholders and project management.
