My client is an IT service provider who urgently requires a 2nd line support analyst to provide services on their clients site in Cardiff.
START: ASAP
END DATE: 31/03/2022 (COULD EXTEND)
RATE: £17.50 - £20.00 PER HOUR (INSIDE IR35)
LOCATION: CARDIFF
ROLE:
- Management of rollouts of windows 10 OS Installation/imaging/configuration and 2nd line support experience using predefined instructions for build.
- To configure the devices and support for end users and hand over completion
- To ensure audit and config management details are captured when the devices are rolled out.
- To provide ongoing 2nd line support for devices following roll out for the Windows 10 OS and O365 applications.
- Configuration experience and Knowledge of SCCM, patch management, network protection and systems.
- Excellent customer service and team working skills required in a corporate environment
- The candidate will be required to go through BPSS clearance to completion.
- Customer will allow the start of the candidate on the basis the application has started.
Advantageous:
- Experience of building devices using AutoPilot
- 2nd line support of MacBooks in a corporate environment with experience of JAMF.
