I am currently looking for an Operational Acceptance Test Engineer to join my team on a 6 months+ contract with high likelihood of extensions.

This is an SC Cleared role. A current clearance is highly desirable but not essential.

Key Skills:

*Experience in non-functional testing across recovery and restoration testing phases.
*Strong understanding of critical Live services, alerting and monitoring, SLAs and operational procedures and the relevant test documentations for execution and assurance.
*Experience in system and network infrastructure testing is beneficial.
*Extensive experience in delivering OAT test requirements, creating test plans, traceability matrices, test data sets, cases/scripts and test results/reports.
*Strong knowledge of the SDLC and experience with Agile test methodology.
*Technical understanding of design and system architecture.
*Excellent test documentation writing skills.
*A strong understanding of the Testing principles.
*Experience of working with a variety of Test Tools for Functional and Non Functional.
*Experience of defect management tools such as JIRA and associated JIRA Add-ons.
*ISEB/ISTQB certification - minimum of Foundation, Advanced or Practitioner preferred.
*Good understanding of ITIL framework and all associated ITIL processes.
*Very knowledgeable on validation processes and test tools.
