WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting an Agile Delivery Manager for a prestigious client in London. Our teams are what leads us forward and we are therefore looking for the best talent to join us as we continue to bring the best to the table. Due to the nature of our clients, you must hold DV security clearance to work with the UK Government.

WHAT WILL THE AGILE DELIVERY MANAGER BE DOING?

You will be leading an Agile team and be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and services and managing a cross-functional Agile delivery team. We need you to work with Product Owners and Product managers to help create product roadmaps as well as working with the Programme Management team.

WE NEED THE AGILE DELIVERY MANAGER TO HAVE….

• DV Clearance
• Experience working with Product Owners and development teams
• The ability to guide and coach Scrum teams on how to use best Agile & Scrum practises
• The ability to drive the Agile execution of the project
• The drive to sustain continued improvement
• Ability to assist with internal and external communication
• Develop a high performing team
• Implement new & efficient ways of working
