The Opportunity  

We are seeking business change professionals to join our dynamic team and work alongside other change professionals, programme managers, business analysts and communication and engagement specialists.   You will work primarily in the National Security domain, which is dynamic, fast paced and extremely rewarding.   

You will be part of a Clarion team that provides full lifecycle support to the design, development and delivery of change and transformation activities to the Client.  The team’s focus is on developing highly effective Client teams of all sizes and taking them through a process of vision and strategy development, operating model design and implementation, brand and identity development and communications supported through a comprehensive coaching and mentoring scheme.

About You   

Ideally you will have several years of change and transformation experience, preferably within a public sector environment, you will be comfortable with client engagements at all levels of seniority and be able to plan and lead client transformation activities, some of which are listed below: 

• Vision, Value Proposition and Strategy Development 
• Operating Model design and implementation 
• Organisational Culture and behavioural change  
• Designing and delivering team and individual development interventions  
• Developing and delivering communication and engagement campaigns. 
• Practitioner ability on some common psychometric type tools and some coaching experience would be advantageous in support of some of the behavioural change work that we do. 

Employment Type    Permanent / Contract 

Start Date   Jan 2022 

Location  Cheltenham/London/Home.    The opportunity is mainly based in the West Country although there is significant flexibility and scope for home working, tailored working patterns and location.

Security Clearance  DV Preferred
