About the role

Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join the team.

You will be responsible for the effective management of production, including the supervision of manpower and allocation of work in an efficient and cost effective way.

Further responsibilities include:
• Control and motivate staff to eliminate time wasting and to achieve maximum potential from production staff.
• To ensure all products are to the highest standard to technical and customer requirements, and are 'passed off' before movement to other departments.
• Work with other departments to improve quality, efficiency and processes.
• Manage quality from outside suppliers, and raise non-conformity forms for any non-conformances.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have previously worked in a management role within a fast paced automotive / production environment.

You will come from a relevant automotive / engineering and vehicle conversion background.

You will also have proven experience in production line functions, and leading groups of people.

What else do I need to know?

Working hours are 40 per week, with an early finish on Fridays.
