THE ROLE 

We are seeking a pro-active and experienced SharePoint Site Collections Specialist.  The successful applicant will:

Development and Troubleshooting:

  • Be the main POC for any ESOC SharePoint Site Collections issues.
  • Act as first line of support as well as administration under the ESOC Unit IKM Officer guidance; 
  • Analyse, develop and coordinate Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) systems as well as internal IM/KM procedures of the Enterprise Service Operations Centre; 
  • Lead the service line efforts to align and implement IKM best practices; 
  • Manage the ESOC SharePoint Site Collections 
  • Analyse SharePoint Site collections construct and propose improvement initiatives within the Agency IKM policies to meet ESOC IM/KM needs; 
  • Duty will be conducted full time in presence from a protected facility (bunker);
  • Please note that the nature of this role does not allow for teleworking 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Site Collection management
  • Advance knowledge on how Site, Lists, Libraries and workflows work and be able to manage the content for your users
  • Be capable to develop SharePoint content managers and End-User education and training
  • Master the assigned Site Collections usage understanding
  • Knowledge of IKM industry best practice
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office, Project and Visio
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Designer for workflows creations
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with good briefing skills
  • Must hold an active NATO Secret clearance or national equivalent
  • Must have the right to work and live in the duty location unencumbered
