Part of a team of developers on minor & major projects
Experience of developing enterprise wise business systems that are robust, maintainable, secure, scalable and have good performance
Contribute to all activities within the software development life cycle
Work with project managers to ensure delivery of accurate project documentations and designs
Follow a fast, iterative development approach
Work collaboratively as part of the broader development team, sharing ideas and experience wherever possible
Produce detailed technical design specifications and documentation

Understand concepts of the agile process and be able to contribute to the agile sprint planning session to rapidly deliver capability
Work closely with the test team to automate test scripts to code releases to incorporate continuous integration and automated deployment procedures
Work closely with the business analyst team to understand the requirements
Communicate with the other agile development teams to advance technology sustainability
Take on technical leadership responsibilities where required
Work with key stakeholders and organisational partners where applicable
