Interim eDiscovery Business Analyst -Remote Working
Pay Rate: Up to £420.75 per day pay range subject to IR35 status
Corsham – Current WFH but will move to Hybrid working during contract.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analysing the structure of eDiscovery to determine if/how it can operate within the business and determine its objectives.
- Identifying and highlighting any problems with the current eDiscovery model.
- Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase.
- Preparing and delivering a report of your findings to management team with comprehensive risk and impact assessment.
- Developing comprehensive end to end test cases for the use of eDiscovery within the department.
- Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders, business change leads and users, to fully establish and understand the interdependencies and connections between business areas and how they operate.
- Ensure risk identification and management, benefits management and awareness of information and knowledge management are carried out
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a previous Business Analyst role
- Experience in supporting and or undertaking business change impact assessments.
- Be proficient in stakeholder identification, management and engagement skills and have a solid experience of planning and facilitating workshops with wide-ranging stakeholder groups
- Able to evaluate requirements against the present state (where we are) & the target state (where we want to be) finding opportunities to develop successful business requirements needed to make the transition and using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business, and to visualise and build high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
