The Role of Project / Business Analysis

Your role is to understand and analyse both user and business needs.

You will facilitate collaboration and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support and build and deliver to meet the user needs.

Additional Specification & Desirable Criteria:

??       Self-motivated ??? needs to be given remit and scope of activity and go identify stakeholders

??       Ideally proven work experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager within a project environment involving change and transformation projects

??       Engagement ??? evidenced experience in facing down challenges, managing timescales and pressure.

??       Data analysis

??       Process Mapping

??       Stakeholder engagement

??       Requirements drafting and analysis of systems and current business processes

??       Fast pace delivery and knowledge transfer/upskilling

??       Ability to be proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing their own time and priorities effectively.

??       Problem-solving skills

??       Working experience in Agile and Waterfall or Prince 2

??       Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.

??       Ability to work and act under own initiative under pressure and be creative in tackling challenges and finding solutions

??       Experience of working in a busy, evolving environment

??       Strong communication skills, including communicating to different levels and groups in the organisation

??       Good presentation skills.
