London based roles will require regular travel to Bristol.

Job description

Working within the central recruitment team, the Recruitment Account Managers are responsible for managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, for a range of disciplines, across the agency. The Recruitment Account Manager will have ownership of a particular business area with the agency, working with internal managers to assist with growing pipelines of talent to deploy.


The roles we are advertising are within a fast pace recruitment environment, excellent customer service is key to perform in this role.

You will be responsible for managing a specific business area within the Agency, managing their recruitment requirements. This may include volume or specialist vacancies. The recruitment team are currently working with the Government Recruitment Service to assist on our recruitment campaigns. You will be responsible for managing this partnership and ensuring they deliver an excellent recruitment service.

Experience of managing an outsourced recruitment partner would be desirable although not essential.

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to manage high volumes of recruitment, who can prioritise, whilst managing candidates and stakeholders requirements.

Communication and good customer service skills are key to be successful.

You occasionally will be expected to travel to our other sites to meet with your business managers and or manage interviews and assessment centres as and when required, This role would suit someone who is confident and able to present and lead their business
areas on recruitment best practice. Knowledge of the Civil Service Recruitment Principles would be advantageous however training will be provided.

You will have line management responsibility for one or two Recruitment Assistants who will support you and your business area with recruitment administration. You will have the responsibility of line managing these officers including performance development.

Experience of line managing will be desirable.

This role is fast paced and can be demanding at times but the rewards and experience you will receive are invaluable.

***All NCA officers must hold SC Enhanced upon entry as a minimum. To meet the National Security Vetting requirements for this role you will need to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 out of the past 5 years. For more information please see the Candidate information Pack***

  • Proven recruitment/HR experience ideally including the management of the end to end recruitment process.
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to negotiate and influence decision makers.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to network, build excellent relationships and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide expert support and guidance to hiring manager on best practice and procedures.

Successful candidates must meet the security requirements before they can be appointed. The level of security needed is SECURITY CHECK (SC)


Successful candidates will be expected to have a medical.
