An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to take on a newly created role within the wider Fraud Centre of Excellence (CoE) MI team. As a Fraud Portfolio Manager, you will contribute to the design of reports and data visualisations. Your analysis of existing and new data sources you will be expected to provide insights into performance across key projects and strategic activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Working with the business to understand requirements, scope future developments and ensuring that existing applications remain fit for purpose.
  • Delivering new and innovative solutions to reporting within the department.
  • Identifying the correct metrics required to support legislative and industry reporting.
  • Contributing at all stages in the delivery of solutions, ranging from identifying opportunities for development and collecting requirements, through to producing and implementing the end product.
  • Sharing in depth knowledge and understanding of systems with the wider analytical team to support the clear and accurate reporting of processes.

What we're looking for

  • A Fraud subject matter expert
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Kibana and MicroStrategy.

It would also be nice for you to have

  • Ability to create persuasive dashboards, presenting complex data in an impactful and accessible way for non-technical audiences
  • Strong ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
  • Prior experience in a similar or related role OR relevant degree qualification with an applied component.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
