BANK OF ENGLAND –

The (RWM) programme is sponsored by the Executive Director for Risk and Operations and was established in 2016 with its aim to deliver a “supervisory desktop”, through which PRA supervisors plan, record, run and track their core supervisory activities, key decisions, produce MI, firm facts and interactions.

 

Continuation of the programme is focussed on further enhancements to the value of RWM for Supervision and Authorisations, including:

    Improving end user experience through navigation, interface development and key fixes for Supervision Facilitating easier and quicker interaction with the system for end–users Supporting greater consistency of approach across supervisory directorates Supporting improvements to the supervisory risk model.
 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the RWM Training Lead, the Analyst will support the development and implementation of the comprehensive RWM Training Approach and Plan.

 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

    Support the design and delivery of learning and development interventions; measuring the impact of interventions.
    Support the establishment of training needs and requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders Work with the team to ensure the Training Plan is: a comprehensive training plan to include induction and local training needs, for all users across directorates, as well as effective monitoring of delivery against the plan. Support the organisation of online training sessions.
 

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

    Junior BA or PMO Analyst due to the nature of the work Oversee dependencies and Risk Desirable – Experience of working within the Financial services industry or regulatory environment Strong communication skills – Written and Verbal Proactive stakeholder management Collaboration with the team and provide support Working knowledge of office software tools – MS Suite
    Desirable - Experience of change programmes/business change.
 

 

 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

    Experience of working in a Training role within change programmes. Experience of change programmes/business change. Experience gained of working within the UK financial services industry and/or regulatory environment. Experience/familiarity of PRA Supervision and/or Authorisations processes.
