BANK OF ENGLAND –

The (RWM) programme is sponsored by the Executive Director for Risk and Operations and was established in 2016 with its aim to deliver a “supervisory desktop”, through which PRA supervisors plan, record, run and track their core supervisory activities, key decisions, produce MI, firm facts and interactions.

 

Continuation of the programme is focussed on further enhancements to the value of RWM for Supervision and Authorisations, including:

    Improving end user experience through navigation, interface development and key fixes for Supervision Facilitating easier and quicker interaction with the system for end–users Supporting greater consistency of approach across supervisory directorates Supporting improvements to the supervisory risk model.
 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the RWM Training Lead, the Trainer/Training Analyst is jointly responsible for ensuring that the training interventions meet the needs of the local business areas and are aligned with the desired business outcomes/benefits of the RWM Programme, via the development and implementation of the comprehensive RWM Training Approach and Plan.

 

The role holder will oversee and maintain all training materials relevant to the RWM system that will need to be changed or reviewed after specified RWM Releases, or annually.

 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

    Design and deliver learning and development interventions, measuring the impact of interventions. Establish training needs and requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders Work with the team to ensure the RWM Training Plan is a comprehensive training plan to include induction and local training needs, for all RWM users across directorates, as well as effective monitoring of delivery against the plan. Reviewing Training material post RWM Releases, or annually. Including creating and running a plan to update priority items in a timely manner. Presents in-person and online training sessions or arranges others to do so via a train-the-trainer approach.
 

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

    Consistent track record in training program development and delivery Training the team on the new system - (MS dynamics 365) Preparation of training Training analysis, drafting training approaches, and creation and maintenance of training plans Experience of Video production – beneficial Strong communication skills – Written and Verbal Working knowledge of office software tools MS Suite Able to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders at all levels Desirable - Experience of change programmes/business change Highly desirable – Training of CRM Tools i.e., MS Dynamics
 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

    Experience of working in a Training role within change programmes. Experience of change programmes/business change. Experience gained of working within the UK financial services industry and/or regulatory environment. Experience/familiarity of PRA Supervision and/or Authorisations processes.
